The Trust is pleased to announce its Winter 2014/15 grant awards for groups within the LB Brent. 24 grants totalling £142,140 were made to a diverse range of sports including, football, basketball, cricket, sailing and roller skating. Several grants were made toward sports activities for disabled people, which is a particular interest for the Trust. A full list of grants can be found here.
The grants were made on our Community Awards (amounts up to £2,500) and Strategic Awards (from £2,500 to £25,000) programmes, which are for sports activity with the London Borough of Brent. This was the fifth funding round and to date 126 grants have been awarded totalling just under £900,000. Grant rounds are held twice per year in January and June.
